I served with Mike in the military back n Bosnia and always considered him a great friend who was able to make me laugh anytime - anywhere. Over the years we drifted apart but I have thought of him many times over those years. I had no idea of his passing until today............ I am still a bit stunned and so very saddened to learn of his passing! My belated condolence to his family.

My name is Amber and I am an incoming OB resident at Tripler. I just wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss. I only knew Mike for a short month but he had a huge impact on me and the other students. Truth be told, he was one of the main reasons why I and several others ranked Tripler #1 in the match. He was a wonderful individual and he will be missed dearly. My prayers are with you.

I was friends with Mike in high school MCJROTC. He was a wonderful guy. He treated me with respect and kindness. He made me laugh. My deepest condolences to Mike’s family and close friends. Words cannot adequately express. I feel blessed have known him. Thank you for this opportunity to express my gratitude to have known Mike and to honor him.

I was friends with Mike in high school. We were both in ROTC. I went to Westview HS. He lived across the street from Tabby Dunlap and I used to come over and hang out with him and her. I also met with him at ASU and helped him with his Vet benefits when I worked at the Veteran Services office some time in one of the years 99, 00, and 01. I think my sister and him were on the drill team together in ROTC at Tolleson HS.
